Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SnewJ Props, a brand owned and operated by B. Davis Management Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, interact with our content, or purchase access to our Services through Whop.com or any affiliated platform. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or submit personal details on this website to browse it. Payment and account information is collected and processed by our checkout and delivery provider, Whop.com, not by us directly. We collect two categories of information:

a. Information you provide

If you choose to contact us, start a chat, or complete a purchase, you may provide information such as your name, email address, or messages. Purchases are processed by Whop.com and its payment processors, who handle your payment-card and billing details under their own privacy policies.

b. Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through analytics and advertising technologies, including: your device and browser type, operating system, IP address and approximate location, referring website or ad, pages and content viewed, scroll depth, clicks, taps, mouse movements, session duration, and other interactions with the site. This information is described in more detail in Section 2.

2. Analytics, Advertising & Tracking Technologies

We use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors use our website, to measure and improve the performance of our marketing, and to deliver and measure advertising. These providers may collect information directly from your browser or device using cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. The providers we use include:

  • Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replays of pages visited. Clarity may capture mouse movements, scrolling, clicks/taps, and pages viewed. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager. We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure website traffic and usage. Google may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, to understand actions taken on our site, and to deliver relevant ads (including retargeting). This may involve sharing event data with Meta. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Whop. Our checkout, subscription, and content delivery run on Whop.com. Whop uses its own analytics and conversion-tracking technologies and processes your purchase and account data under its own terms. See the Whop Privacy Policy.
  • First-party analytics.We also run our own lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics to measure how our pages perform (for example, A/B testing of headlines and tracking how far visitors scroll). This assigns a random, anonymous identifier stored in your browser’s local storage; it is not tied to your name or identity.

We do not control the data practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their policies, linked above, for details on how they collect and use information.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website and the services listed above use cookies, pixels, tags, and browser local storage to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can use the opt-out tools described in Section 6. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website and content;
  • Understand visitor behavior and measure the performance of our pages and offers;
  • Deliver, measure, and optimize our advertising, including on Facebook and Instagram;
  • Process purchases and deliver access to our Services (through Whop.com);
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and security issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information in the following circumstances:

  • With the analytics and advertising providers listed in Section 2, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies;
  • With Whop.com and its payment processors to complete and support your purchase;
  • With service providers who help us operate our website and business;
  • When required by law, legal process, or to defend our legal rights (for example, in response to a chargeback or dispute);
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Please note: sharing event data with advertising partners such as Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 6.

6. Your Choices & Opt-Out Rights

You can limit or opt out of tracking in several ways:

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws. To exercise these rights, or to request that we not sell or share your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate our website, measure advertising, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analytics and advertising providers retain data according to their own retention policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and Services are intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
