1. Entertainment Purposes Only

All content provided through our Services — including sports picks, analysis, and related insights — is for entertainment and informational purposes only.

We do not provide financial or investment advice. All decisions made using our content are at your own risk and discretion.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

Our content is based on research and experience, but results are not guaranteed. Past performance does not represent future outcomes. You understand and agree that DFS and sports betting involve risk, and we are not responsible for any losses incurred from your actions.

3. Recurring Subscription & Billing Authorization

By completing your purchase, you agree that:

• You are enrolling in a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the stated interval (for example, every 2 days, weekly, or monthly).
• You authorize SnewJ Props (B. Davis Management Inc.) and Whop.com to continuously charge your payment method until you cancel.
• You understand this charge will appear on your statement coming from Whop.com or its counterparts.
• You acknowledge that you are entering into a continuous payment authorization, which remains in effect until you terminate your subscription through your Whop account or by contacting official support.
• It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

This constitutes your explicit electronic consent to be billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Access and Delivery of Picks

All purchases grant immediate access to our digital products via Whop.com. Once payment is complete, your subscription unlocks access to daily picks and exclusive content within the “Picks” tab of your Whop dashboard.

Picks are posted daily, and it is your responsibility to log in, familiarize yourself with the Whop.com interface, and access your content. Failure to view or utilize your access does not constitute non-delivery.

Once access is granted, you will always have full availability to the daily picks for as long as your subscription remains active. Delivery is considered complete and fulfilled once your Whop account is granted access to the Picks section.

5. Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you are granted instant access to digital products and/or private online communities. Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, you waive any right to a “cooling-off” or cancellation period.

Delivery occurs as soon as login credentials, digital access, or product links are issued — whether or not you choose to access or download them.

6. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances once access has been granted — including but not limited to:

• Accidental purchase
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to use the product

You acknowledge that this policy is clearly disclosed prior to checkout and on your purchase confirmation page.

7. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, PayPal, or financial institution.

Any attempt to reverse or dispute a valid charge will be treated as fraudulent activity and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to all Services
• Blacklisting from all current and future offerings
• Submission of transaction evidence, chat logs, and IP records to our payment processor to defend the dispute
• Potential legal action or debt collection efforts to recover all disputed funds, fees, and administrative costs

You further acknowledge that digital products are intangible goods and are considered “used” once access is granted.

8. Not a Gambling Operator

SnewJ Props (B. Davis Management Inc.) is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept, facilitate, or process bets or wagers. Our content is purely informational. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your jurisdiction’s laws.

9. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to access our Services. If your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, you must comply with those laws.

10. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that DFS and sports wagering involve financial risk and volatility. We are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, incurred through your use of our content.

11. Electronic Signature Consent

You agree that your purchase and continued use of the Services constitute your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). This consent carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

12. Evidence Retention

We retain logs of customer access, billing confirmations, delivery timestamps, and digital access history to demonstrate fulfillment in the event of a payment dispute or legal claim.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that this digital record may be used to prove receipt, delivery, and acknowledgment of service in the event of a dispute.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or initiates a false chargeback. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Modifications

We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
